Turnstone Assessments is a Dorset based company, specialising in self catering assessments for holiday letting agencies. We are an expanding business with all of the necessary skills and industry knowledge to add value to any holiday letting agency. Our assessors have 24 years of assessment experience and have worked throughout England at a national and local level. We understand the holiday agency business.
Since 2011 we have worked with a local letting agent and have developed a close relationship with the agency and it’s property owners. Building on this successful partnership, we are now growing, working with other letting agencies on the south coast.
We currently work with three local self catering letting agencies, providing an independent assessment service for their entire property portfolios. In total we provide assessments to nearly 1000 properties per year.
Despite the rise of customer generated content sites, quality assessments can be a powerful tool for improving quality standards and helping an agency to gain a competitive edge. Some other assessment organisations assess across a broad range of accommodation sectors. It can be a number of years before standards are reviewed and updated. But the self catering industry is dynamic and demands from customers are increasing year-on-year.

Property owners benefit from up to the minute help and advice on how they should be targeting future investment. We are also able to offer more than one assessment visit per year, when required. This means that if quality issues need to be tackled, it is done within a short time frame.
